I made this little video a while ago to show you what a lovely contrast it is heading in to the sanctuary out of the snow. Even though we did get a little taste of spring weather, it was fleeting and we are back to wind and ice today, much the same as in the video.

Sound Bath

I am happy to team up with Surya again tomorrow (Friday March 7 at 4:30) to offer another beautiful sound bath experience. Once again we will bring in the rich resonance of the cello. Click the button below to learn about location and to sign up.

Reiki Level 2

Tea and snack provided on Friday, tea and light lunch provided on Saturday.

In Reiki Level 2 we learn the Reiki symbols. These symbols add another depth of energy to our practice. We also learn how to give healing Reiki over distance.
