Did you feel the shift? Over the last few days I have felt a shift. The heatwave broke, the farmers are harvesting grain, and life feels just that bit more relaxed. It made me feel like it is time to offer Reiki level one.
I am calling this course Reiki For Caregivers even though the content is the same as any other reiki level one offering. By purposefully acknowledging our caregiver role in this time we can give care in healthy and purposeful ways.

SOUND BATHS
I continue to enjoy offering monthly sound baths with Surya. What a pleasure it is to spend time in her beautiful studio with her amazing collection of instruments. We have come into a rhythm of practice and offering. Join us as we continue through Brene Brown’s book The Gifts of Imperfection.
The next two summer sound bath dates are Friday August 15 for the guidepost Cultivating Intuition and Faith, and Friday September 19 for Cultivating Creativity.
I am revisiting the New Adult Learning course I took years ago. About twenty years ago I took a deep dive into Anthroposophy. I took courses from the Rudolf Steiner Centre including Biodynamic Farming and New Adult Learning. This way of looking at the world has become part of the way I work every day. While planning this round of Reiki Level 1 training I am drawing on these methods. It is working well to bring Anthroposophy into daily life by using it to plan the course.
